how urbanism would address the crises?

02/07/2020ACCUD

Given the spread of Covid19, many countries not only face a health emergency, but a socio-economic one as well. ACCUD “Addressing the Corona Crisis through Urbanism & Design” is an initiative of a group of MaHS and MaUSP students of KU Leuven. We seek to understand the crisis as an opportunity where architects, engineers, and future planners from different countries around the globe contribute. Although the crisis is a global pandemic, it hit differently each place and builds upon existing challenges social inequality, climate change, mobility, food security, water scarcity, and many more. ACCUD is a platform for multicultural discussion and investigation into alternatives. ACCUD seeks to as well develop communication means to collectively contribute through solidarity to rethink the future of our countries.
